REFUND POLICY

1080 Wellness Return & Refund Policy

OVERVIEW We stand behind our products and want you to have a great experience with 1080 Wellness. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging only, within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included
  • Not be a consumable, supplement, or edible product that has been opened

We do not accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging. All wellness devices, skincare tools, and consumable products are final sale once opened due to the personal and hygienic nature of these goods.


SECTION 2 – HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To request a return, email us at info@fitness1080.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a determination and, if approved, return instructions.

Do not ship items back without receiving written approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


SECTION 3 – RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. In situations where an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.


SECTION 4 – REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived defective).


SECTION 5 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@fitness1080.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


SECTION 6 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products of any kind
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Consumable products (supplements, powders, edibles, topicals) once opened
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

SECTION 7 – EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
