HOW MUCH DO I NEED
Measure the room. We'll count the rolls.
Each roll is 4 ft wide and 50 ft long, 200 square feet. Rolls run the length of the room and butt together, so most floors need no more than one seam every four feet.

What does freight cost, and how fast does it ship?
A flat rate by order size, anywhere in the lower 48: $349 for 1 to 3 rolls, $499 for 4 to 6, $600 for 7 to 10, and free on 11 rolls or more. Orders ship in 4 to 7 business days, and freight transit is usually 2 to 5 more.
Why is my card authorized but not charged right away?
Every order gets a quick review before it is charged. We confirm the delivery address, access for a pallet, and the ship date. If anything is off we call you first. Once confirmed, usually the same day, the card is charged and the rolls go into production.
What happens on delivery day?
The carrier calls ahead and delivers curbside with a liftgate. Each roll is roughly 340 lb, so have two people ready to move them inside. Check the rolls before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Is 8 mm the right thickness?
8 mm (5/16 in) is the standard for commercial club floors: racks, machines, benches, dumbbells and cardio. If you drop loaded bars from overhead all day, put a lifting platform or a second layer under the bar.
Is recycled rubber as durable as new rubber?
Yes, when it is made right. Ours is manufactured in the USA by a company that has been recycling rubber for more than 70 years, and it is the same roll goods installed in commercial clubs.
How hard is it to install?
A weekend job with a utility knife. Let the rolls rest flat for 24 hours, sweep the slab, lay the rolls the long way with the edges butted tight, and cut to fit along a straightedge.
Do I have to glue it down?
Home gyms usually loose-lay with double-sided tape at the seams. Commercial rooms, heavy cardio and anywhere you drag racks should be glued with a urethane flooring adhesive.
Does it smell?
New rubber has a smell that fades over the first week or two. Air the room out and it goes faster.
Can I return it?
Rolls are made to order, so they are final sale once cut. If a roll arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos the same day, and we will make it right.
